- Bookings must be done 1 month before building time starts.

-No last minute bookings and rush work.

- Advance 50% Deposit must be paid in order to secure booking.

- All items will be rezed by Lokhe and move option will be provided.

- Extra charges will apply to sudden changes and seasonal changes.

- Choose a package according to prim count and land size.

- Have a theme idea in place for the build you desire.

- If you have Pinterest, create a mood board of ideas.

- Divide your ideas according to sections in case for big size lands.

- If there is a particular date your build needs to be completed.

- Renting land in advance for the building process.
